About Me
I am the Director of the AI Division at ZwillGen law firm. ZwillGen bought out my former firm, Luminos.Law (formerly BNH.AI), a boutique law firm in Washington, D.C. uniquely founded as a partnership between lawyers and data scientists, dedicated entirely to developing policies and practices around responsible AI governance — including Generative AI — by developing model risk management frameworks, performing model audits, conducting red teaming for LLMs, and designing de-identification architecture and certification, along with drafting and automating AI policies and procedures. We continue to do the same work at ZwillGen, with the support of their privacy, cybersecurity, and litigation teams for comprehensive expertise on all areas of technology and data-related law.
Previously, I was senior counsel and director of AI and ethics at the Future of Privacy Forum, where I oversaw the development of AI and ML resources as well as developing expertise on the responsible use of biometrics and digital identity, with a focus on facial recognition, facial analysis, and emerging issues around voice-operated systems.
Before going to law school, I served for a career in the US Air Force, during which I was stationed around the world, including the United Kingdom, the Republic of Korea, and throughout the United States, including Florida, Colorado, and Washington D.C.
